Review of last minutes meetings

*October minutes were reviewed and accepted.

Correspondence

• Ashley reported that a student from Loyalist College contacted her and was looking for volunteer opportunities. The executive committee felt that QCCAV meets so infrequently (only 1x per month) that the amount of volunteer hours that the student could accrue would be very small. They will mention the student?s interest to the individual members of the Steering Committee to see if anyone would be interested in taking on a volunteer.

Budget

• Ashley clarified that she intends to put in her invoice to the executive committee within the first few days of the following month. Due to some pay periods coming very early in the month, Ashley understands that pay may be delayed until the following pay period.
• Executive reviewed some numbers on the budget, and intend to make clear the plans for money allocation per committee.

Other Business

• Ashley made reservations with Paulo?s restaurant and we will be looking into a condensed menu for our meeting. This meeting is set for December 8^th from 1-3 PM. We will not hold an executive meeting for this date, only the main steering committee meeting.
• Cheryl requested to get phone numbers listed for the current members on the "members only? page. At present, only the e-mail addresses are listed for the contact information. Steven provided the welcome message for the website. Ashley will post it to the website.

Review of work plan

• Ashley to finalize menu for Paulo?s
• Ashley to send out invitation letters for Holiday meeting to community partners and QCCAV members.
