?         AGM will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2011

?         Idea of having a panel discuss changes in various organizations ? Kim Charlebois (SAC), Gayle Parks (ODSP), Steven Starbuck (Legal Services)

?         This idea will be presented at the January 2011 Steering Committee for approval

?         Possible venues: Fairfield, Kin Centre

?         Ashley will gather reports for the AGM package

?         Discussion around missing representatives at the Steering Committee ? Tyendinaga, ALCDSB, HPEDSB, Centre Hastings OPP, Health Unit, Probation and Parole, Mental Health.  Kelly looked through Membership meeting minutes from August 2009 and these organizations were addressed as missing at that time.  It is written in the notes that Heather Kinnear (Chairperson of CCAV) was sending a letter to these organizations asking for representation at the meetings.

?         Kelly will bring the New Members package to the January meeting.
