• None

Budget

• Teresa Gauthier gave an update about the cross-referencing of the budget with the Three Oaks Printout. After some explanation, the budget is in order and all monies have been accounted for. Moving forward, Teresa will ask for Three Oaks budget statements before each meeting (every first Monday of the Month) and again before year end (March 31). Ashley was asked to send her invoice for March’s work by mid-March. Teresa would like all invoices for money to be spent by year end to be in on the week on March 14^th.
• Executive saw 3 submissions for the $1500 grant as mentioned last meeting. Upon further review, it seems that a total of $2100 is available. There were suggested distributions of the grant, which will be finalized during the Steering Committee Meeting immediately following this meeting.
• There was one error in the Project line of the budget. There was an inversion of numbers. To rectify this, Sarah P. will send monies owed to Rahno G (Alternatives) to her with a cheque.

Other Business

• Ashley asked about whether QCCAV Financial information should be accessible on the  members only section of the website. The Executive indicated that the running budgets should not, but the annualized dollar amounts should be available. The information should be posted once we have the figures for the 2011/2012 fiscal year.

Review of work plan

• Ashley to bring up the QCCAV Financial information issue on the April 2011 Agenda.
